I can speak for all of Epona when I say, The Nelligan team has been excellent to work with. We expect the DMS deployment and roll out to be completed by years end.”
Successful integration with dStyle 365
dStyle is well known as a premier document creation suite. Exiting are the new dStyle API and the integration layer capabilities. These capabilities enabled Nelligan to easily include all matter related data from ProLaw from Elite within their templates.
During the implementation, Documentaal had to face some technical challenges. For Nick Snijder, lead developer of Documentaal, this was “business as usual”. He connected the dStyle-application not only with Epona’s DMS, but also with ProLaw, the business management system from Thomson Reuters’ Elite. Now that the integration is in place, templates can easily be created using data from ProLaw. The author of the document then only has to select the matter, and client and matter data are automatically added. Once the document is ready for sending, it is automatically stored in the DMS, using the matter name from ProLaw.
