Let me introduce you? Peter Aan Den Boom, Nice to Know!

Let's introduce ourselves. Peter aan den Boom, nice to meet you!

You get our employees on the phone on a regular basis, but who are they? What's their background, their enthusiasm? What do they actually look like? This section will give you a glimpse behind our scenes. So that you really know who you're talking to!

Name: Peter aan den Boom
Training: Consultant / Project Manager
Documententalist since: November 2007

Even more than before, we place the emphasis on service, attention to the customer. We are increasingly guided by the experiences of the users. We used to be gripped by what is technically possible in the field of document creation and management - and that's a lot! -, nowadays the focus is more on the experiences of the customer and ensure that our offer fits in seamlessly with them. For example, we are currently giving the entire user interface a major facelift and we are working hard to provide better support in the form of useful manuals, among other things. I am very pleased that we have chosen to do this.

Corporate identity

I had just graduated when I came to Documentaal eleven years ago via a recruitment and selection agency. At that time, based on my studies, I mainly had an affinity with corporate identities, their power and meaning and the necessity to guard them well. But from the first moment that I came here, I was completely captivated by the software that Documentaal develops and how much it simplifies work processes'.

Spruce

It's great sparring with my ICT colleagues. We're not only working on constantly adapting the user interface, but also on new, useful functions and on constantly refining the complete program. Positive feedback after a rollout like "it's great that we can do this now!" is the most important motivation to work at this company and still enjoy it after all these years.

Father

"I became a father a few weeks ago, of son Jim. I used to ride my racing bike two or three times a week with friends to make a lap of 50, sometimes 100 kilometres. Of course, the Arnhem area is ideal for that. Now the racing bike is in the garage for a while. I want to take the time to see our son grow up with my girlfriend. Very nice to experience, even despite dirty diapers and short nights. And who knows, in time it may come to live and work abroad for a year, preferably in an African country. That seems fantastic to us.'
