General terms
The ICT~Office Conditions, filed on 14 January, 2009 with the Chamber of Commerce of Midden-Nederland under number 30174840 are applicable to all of our offers and agreements.
The ICT~Office Conditions of January 2009 are very different to pervious versions of the industry conditions. The ICT~Office Conditions are composed of one general base module and sixteen separate, specific modules. The General module covers legal subjects of interest for every transaction, such as payment agreements and protection against liability. The specific modules cover one or more particular products or services.
