The idea is simple. Make data from say, your financial or project environment, CRM or AD directly available within your Office programs and then automatically save the document with the metadata in your CRM or Document Management System. In the end a lot of data will be saved, but only a small amount is actually used as information in processes.
Standard and rapid integration

Data from these systems can now directly be accessed and applied in programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This allows you to make practical and intelligent use of data and systems that are already available. Our connector is based on web services in combination with XML and is application dependent.
