Healthcare brochure generator
As a hospital, it's important to be able to offer up-to-date
brochures, leaflets and information in different formats to
patients, visitors and third parties.
Maintaining such a large amount of information is no simple task.
Documentaal has developed the Brochure Generator in collaboration
with the Orbis Medical and Healthcare Center and the Elkerliek
Hospital.
Easy maintenance
All text, logos, colors, information, etc. is maintained in 1 location in the system. The user can use lists to modify and add data and deliver texts using Microsoft Word. The users can include staff from the entire hospital: patient information, communication or doctors.
Save time
Using the Brochure Generator allows employees to publish the same text to different sources such as A4, A5, booklets, internet or repro. The original text will be used simultaneously in different forms.

Online
The Brochure Generator is available as an application, and since 1 June 2009, as a hosted environment. You pay a monthly fee and Documentaal provides the application, the maintenance and support. You can get started in just one week!
The Brochure Generator works with Office 2003, 2007, and the new Office 2010 environment.
